Ellen Parry Lewis Book Signing Event Sunday 3/6/11
Book Signing!
Meet local author Ellen Parry Lewis at her book signing at Coffee Works (Ritz Center on Rt 561) on Sunday, March 6, 2011 anytime between 1 pm and 5 pm! Come with your questions, as she’ll be available for discussion! Her book, FUTURE VISION, will be sold at the event for a discounted $10 each.
Ellen Parry Lewis primarily focuses on young adult fiction. Her first novel, FUTURE VISION, was published by Metal Lunchbox Publishing and released in October 2010. Though Ellen now spends the majority of her time writing novels, she has also spent time as a freelance writer. Her articles could be found in The Philadelphia Inquirer, Curious Parents Magazine, Plain Dealer, News Report, and elsewhere. Ellen lives in New Jersey with her husband, Al, and their two dachshunds, PB and Jay.
About Future Vision: Samantha Bell is an ambitious high school student with a bright future until one fateful night at the local fair. She decides to go through the controversial Future Vision exhibit. This attraction allows viewers to see up to twenty seconds of their personal future. Because of the possible risks, viewers must ingest a dissolvable pill immediately afterward, causing them to forget what they had just witnessed. Samantha tries to take the future into her own hands, though, when she smuggles a pen inside the attraction. Although she was forced to forget what she had seen, she leaves the attraction with an ominous feeling and three mysterious words written on her hand: Snow, fight, and ca. Samantha feels she must figure out what those three words mean before the event occurs and possibly ruins her life.

Photos by Alissa Ruggieri
We’re always pleased to hang art by local artists on our walls. Photography included as it has come into its own as a modern art form. Right now we have a collection of photographs on the wall by Alissa Ruggieri. Alissa is a college student who happens to be one of our fabulous employees. Come in and take a look and if you like what you see ask for Alissa at the counter.
