Did you know our coffee is roasted on premises in our French built Samiac coffee roaster. Once you try our coffee at home, you will have a hard time going back to what you used to drink. Keep an open mind to trying coffee from each region until you find which coffee tastes best to you. Our coffees from Africa are bolder, our Central and South American coffees are more neutral in flavor profile and tend to be lighter roast except the Brazil and Colombian coffees which are roasted darker. The Indonesian coffees are roasted Medium to dark for a smooth and complex flavor profile. And of course, we offer the world’s best coffees from Jamaica’s Blue Mountains – Mavis Bank Estate, as well as Nicaraguan Selva Negra Estate and Estate coffee from the Kona region.
